What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards – MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Swish and Klarna.
What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases will be charged in your local currency.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3-8 business days and are delivered between 11 and 16 days. Products from the Swedish warehouse are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a range of couriers, including DHL, DPD, UPS, Fedex, Interlink Express & An Post.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free for all items over 150 euros. See individual products for more info.
Will the courier call before delivery?
Unfortunately, no courier is required as part of their service agreement to call customers prior to delivery. We may include a note asking the courier to call prior to delivery, but this is ultimately up to the discretion of the individual courier, it is not something we can insist they do. If for any reason you will not be present at your address during delivery times, we request that you instead have the item delivered to an address where someone is always present during working hours.
What is your policy on refunds and returns?
Under EU distance selling rules, you have the right to return unwanted goods. This "cooling off" period gives you 7 working days to cancel your order. The period starts to run the day after the day the goods are received. We ask customers who exercise this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all user information. EU distance selling rules state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you can turn on a juicer to listen to it, but you are not allowed to make juice in it.
To exercise this right, please contact us. We will need written confirmation, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please send this by email to buzzfruit@gmail.com. When exercising the right of withdrawal during the withdrawal period, goods must be returned at the customer's expense. However, a refund is not conditional on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has exercised their right of withdrawal, we will require them to be made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the refund. You remain liable for the cost of any goods not returned or made available for collection.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can prove that they have delivered the goods back to us. Also, ensure that the goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused during transit, ensure that the plug on any electrical items is packed in sufficient wrapping so that it cannot scratch, dent or break the equipment during transit. We are not responsible for such damage and suggest that you take out insurance with your courier to cover this.
Provided our return policy has been followed, returned items will be credited within 30 days of our receipt.
If you are ordering on behalf of a business, the EU distance selling rules do not apply and our sales contract with your business is complete when you accept delivery of the goods. It is important that you choose the right product for your needs as you will not be entitled to a full refund if you wish to return the goods. We do not normally accept returns of goods purchased from a business unless the product is new and in its original unopened packaging.

Do you have a showroom to view the products?
In order to give you the best possible price and to keep our overheads down, we do not currently provide a showroom. On our website we have tried to give you as much detailed information about each product that we stock. We also include a video demonstration of each product where available so that you can get as clear an understanding of the product as possible.
